Begin by blending your oats in a food processor. Use the blend option, not the puree.
Pour the oats into a medium-sized mixing bowl and add the baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix everything together.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl/cup or on the stovetop and pour it into a separate bowl. Make sure this is a larger bowl.
Add the sugar and vanilla to the bowl with butter in it and mix it together.
Add the milk to the liquid mixture and mix again.
In a small bowl, add the eggs and beat them until they come together and form bubbles all over the surface.
Pour the bowl with the dry ingredients into the bowl with the liquid and mix it all together.
Next, add the egg mixture to the bowl and stir in the eggs until it is just combined. Do not over-stir it.
Wash your blueberries and then pour them into the batter and combine.
Turn on the waffle maker and when it is hot enough, begin by spraying it with some cooking spray if needed and pouring a spoonful of batter onto the griddle. close the top and wait for it to cook.
Remove from the waffle maker and place on a plate to cool slightly.
Enjoy!
