Chocolate-covered Marshmallows

1 baking sheet
wax paper
1 microwaveable bowl
toothpicks
- bag marshmallows
- 1 bag dark chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tbsp coffee grounds
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Line the baking sheet with wax paper
place the marshmallows four in a row on the baking sheet and put a toothpick in each marshmallow if you would like
Melt the dark chocolate wafers in a microwave safe bowl. Follow the instructions for melting on the back of the package.
Dip each marshmallow in the chocolate. You can cover the whole marshmallow or half. Just make sure to cover enough to have a good area for the toppings to stick.
Immediately sprinkle the toppings on the chocolate turning the marshmallow as you go so that you can thinly sprinkle the whole area.
Place the marshmallow back on the baking sheet and repeat the process for the rest of the pan.
You can leave the pan there or place it in the fridge for a few minutes but the chocolate will harden very quickly.
They are ready to eat once the chocolate hardens. Enjoy?
